ADR registration at Vlastuin

Transporting manure is more than driving from A to B. Every load requires you to account for it digitally to the authorities: correctly, completely and on time. Vlastuin helps you get through that process as smoothly and trouble-free as possible.

What are ADR and rVDM?

ADR stands for Automated Data Registration: the on-board equipment that automatically records and forwards your GPS position, your loading and unloading reports and your weight data. This equipment is linked to the rVDM, the real-time transport document for animal manure (Realtime Vervoersbewijs Dierlijke Meststoffen). Since 1 January 2023 the rVDM has been mandatory for almost all manure transports in the Netherlands. As an intermediary you submit six reports per load: the pre-notification, the start report, the loading report, the weighing report, the unloading report and the confirmation by supplier and recipient. Your ADR equipment handles a large part of these reports automatically, provided everything is set up correctly and working. We are here to support you with that. Not meeting the government's requirements? Then you risk a fine, which is exactly what we want to prevent. Reason enough to have your registration in order, and Vlastuin is glad to help.

What does Vlastuin arrange for you?

Vlastuin supplies, installs and supports RVO-certified ADR equipment for your tank trailer. But we do not stop at the hardware. Through our rVDM processing platform you get instant insight into your transports, your reports and any discrepancies.

We install the approved ADR/GPS equipment on your tank trailer, so there is nothing for you to do.

Load data

As a user of the ADR system, you can view and download all your data per ADR, for a period of 30 days. You manage it yourself.

API integration

You can link the platform to your own BMS or software package, using a connection key that you request yourself. That is how we make things easy for you.

Insight into your transport

Through the portal you have a complete overview of all the manure transports you have carried out. For each transport you can see when and where loading and unloading took place, whether the reports were sent to RVO correctly and whether the registration is complete. That way you always know where you stand and can step in quickly if something is not right.
