1. Becoming a customer at Vlastuin
Before you can rent a vehicle, you go through a simple one-time customer registration. Fill in your name and address details, phone number and email address, and include the following documents:
Required documents
1. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) extract, no older than 1 year.
2. Copy of ID of the authorised signatory, matching the KVK.
3. Copy of CTA policy.
As soon as your request is approved, you can book straight away.

2. Reserve your vehicle
Choose the vehicle type that suits you and reserve it by phone or email. We accept your reservation right away and confirm availability. Cancelling is just as easy.

3. Collect, drive & return
Collect your vehicle from our location in Rotterdam, or by arrangement at one of our other locations. Need the vehicle outside our opening hours? Then we can place it ready for you outside the gates.
