The D-TEC Circuliner SV2006 is designed for hygienic and efficient transport of circular liquids and residual flows. The self-supporting stainless steel 316 BA tank with a super-smooth inner surface, combined with optimized pipework and a short flushing line, enables complete discharge with minimal product residue.
The integrated cleaning system features spray balls, an additional spray nozzle in the front bottom section and a 300-litre water tank, making the tank GMP+ compliant and suitable for rapid product changeovers. The short wheelbase and rear overhang improve manoeuvrability, while angled hose couplings enhance operator usability.
With a tare weight of just 6,040 kg, a low centre of gravity and stable driving behaviour, the self-supporting construction delivers high payload capacity, low maintenance requirements and a low Total Cost of Ownership.
